• Appointment Arrival Times & Cancellations

Hey friends! Just a quick note — since I’m a mobile groomer on the go, I can’t always give an exact arrival time. Every fur baby is different, and sometimes traffic or a pup needing a little extra TLC can shift my schedule. You’ll always get a time window instead — it might run a little behind, or I might even be able to swing by earlier. Thanks so much for being flexible — it really helps me give every pet the love and attention they deserve! 🐾💖

• Deposit Policy

A $30 deposit is required once your requested appointment is confirmed or approved by me. This deposit is nonrefundable, but it will be applied toward your total grooming cost on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel, the deposit can be transferred one time to a future appointment — after that, a new deposit will be required. This helps keep my schedule running smoothly and ensures that every pet parent gets their spot on the calendar! Thank You!     • Double-Coated Dogs: All double-coated breeds (like Huskies, Malamutes, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, Australian Shepherds, Thick Coat Labs, German Shepherds, Corgis etc, and similar breeds) require a Shedding Add-On to ensure proper coat care. This service is recommended for optimal grooming results and is automatically required for double-coated dogs.

    • Cats:

All new cat clients are required to come to me for their first initial grooming appointment. This is because some cats may have unpredictable temperaments, and as a mobile groomer, driving out to an appointment only to find that I’m unable to safely groom the cat can be both time-consuming and costly. By having the first groom done at my location, I can properly assess your cat’s behavior and comfort level during grooming. Once I confirm that your cat’s temperament allows for a safe and smooth session, we can then continue with mobile grooming services for future appointments​.

IF you already own a cat that is regularly groomed, I can come to you without the initial visit—as long as you can provide proof of regular grooming and up-to-date vaccinations. In this case, a $30 deposit will be required to secure your appointment, which will go toward your total grooming cost.

    • Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations to receive grooming services.​

Dog size may vary slightly depending on the thickness of their fur or body shape.

If your dog’s weight is near the edge of a category (within 1 pound), we may round up to ensure a proper fit or accurate service time.

Prices are subject to change depending on pet's condition.

Please Note for Matts / Fleas:

If your dog comes in matted or has fleas, extra care and time are needed to make sure your pup is groomed safely and comfortably. Because of this, there may be an additional charge of $20–$35, depending on the severity of the matting or flea issue. This helps cover the extra time, products, and attention your dog deserves to leave looking and feeling their best!
