    •    Double-Coated Dogs: All double-coated breeds (like Huskies, Malamutes, Golden Retrievers, and similar breeds) require a Shedding Add-On to ensure proper coat care. This service is recommended for optimal grooming results and is automatically required for double-coated dogs.

    •    Cats: We only groom cats that have previous grooming experience or kittens. Adult cats who are unaccustomed to grooming can be very aggressive, so for their safety and ours, we cannot groom untrained adult cats.

    •    Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations to receive grooming services.

Dog size may vary slightly depending on the thickness of their fur or body shape.

If your dog’s weight is near the edge of a category (within 1 pound), we may round up to ensure a proper fit or accurate service time.
